Keith is a graduate of the University of Auckland. He gained a Master of Science (First Class Honours in Psychology) in 1998 and the Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology in 1999. He is registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board under the Clinical Scope of practice. He also holds membership with the New Zealand Psychological Society, the Institute of Clinical Psychology and the International Neuropsychological Society. He has worked as a Clinical Psychologist / Neuropsychologist in New Zealand and England since 1999 working in the both the public and private sectors specialising in Neuropsychological Assessment and Neuro-rehabilitation with individual’s recovering from traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or other physical injuries. He started his own private practice, Base Psychology, in 2006 and provides psychological services to ACC, other rehabilitation service providers and private referrals.

Keith currently completes Neuropsychological Assessments and provides Clinical Psychology services to adults recovering from physical injury.  He specialises primarily in the field of traumatic brain injury and has a particular interest in recovery from mild traumatic brain injury.   He is currently researching factors contributing to persistent post-concussion symptoms.  He has an interest in adjustment issues following spinal cord injury.  He has a primary focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which is a mindfulness based behavioural therapy using experiential exercises and values guided actions towards change and acceptance.
