Workplace Assessments: We provide expert on-site assessment of the work environment, task analysis and individual or group function.
Assessments can be focussed across an organisation or specifically for individual employees. The assessment aims to identify key components of an individual’s job tasks and demands through a technique called Task Analysis. This identifies physical, cognitive and social demands of a job which is used to develop solutions and outcomes to maximise one’s performance and sustainability at work.
Equipment Assessment:
We visit you at home or your workplace, to assess the environment and your function and help to source assistive equipment to enable independence.
Supervision:
We provide professional supervision for Occupational Therapists currently practicing in New Zealand and in accordance with the New Zealand Board of Occupational Therapists.
