Rehab Partners was formed in 2008 by Rebecca and a passionate team of therapists who wanted to provide high-quality rehabilitation for people in their own homes and local community. With over 20 years of clinical experience we want to help people achieve their goals for independence, whether that is returning to work or managing their daily life.
Meet Rebecca
As a child Rebecca liked helping her friend adapt her disability equipment and now her knowledge of assistive equipment helps people overcome physical barriers.
Graduating from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy in 1996, Rebecca went on to work in a variety of settings including home, community, hospital and residential rehabilitation here in Aotearoa and abroad. Realising her passion for working with people and whanau in their own homes, Rebecca started her private practice in 2004 and completed a Post Graduate Diploma of Rehabilitation in 2005.
Rebecca brings her warm and friendly personality to listen to your needs. Along with expert clinical knowledge and ongoing professional development she has a lot of experience working with people who have stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, chronic fatigue, cancer recovery and significant medical conditions.
Rebecca has extensive experience in workplace assessment, analysing job tasks and facilitating safe and sustainable return to work programmes. She works with employers and organisations to ensure their workplaces are safe and promote wellbeing.
Rebecca understands that recovering from illness, surgery or living with disability can make life challenging. It is her job to help you achieve your rehabilitation goals, so you get back to living your best life.
